Firmware of Bosch ME17 family controllers are saved in SMS-Soft Container File format by default. To download such firmware, you need to use only the CombiLoader loader.
Saving in the usual BIN format is also possible.
Recording of firmware with modified calibrations by diagnostic method is possible using the Bosch EDC17 VAG UDS module of the CombiLoader loader.
