Simos 8.1X–8.4X (474), Simos 8.5X (485) and 8.6X (486) use TC1796 with 2 MB flash.
FID474 works with external EEPROM; FID485 with internal EEPROM; FID486 reads FullFlash+INT_EEPROM and writes calibrations+INT_EEPROM, and also supports external EEPROM.
Scanmatik 2/2 Pro/3 and a special GPT bench adapter are required.
